Okay first things first!
- 1 package of bacon.
- A frying pan.
- 1 plate wide parchment paper.
- 1 bunch of asparagus (14 at least).
- Olive oil.
- Salt and pepper.
Now let the grease from the bacon come completely out or you can let it a little bit more elastic if you want to wrap it around the asparagus. Use a parchment paper on your plate so that it absorbs the rest of the oil coming out of it.
Use the olive oil to scrub the asparagus but first use salt and pepper to your liking. While you are at it, pre heat the oven at 450 degrees and when its ready leave in the asparagus for only 10 minutes.
And voila you have yourself a tasty yet still healthy lunch.
